Counseling

Creating a space of safety, reflection, and non-judgment are foundational to my counseling practice. I want to walk alongside you, listen to you, and empower you to make the healing changes you long for in your life.

I use a variety of theoretical orientations and perspectives in my counseling practice based on what will help you best heal and meet your goals. This means that I will use mindfulness, self-compassion, cogntivie-behavioral, and/or attachment-based theories and techniques in working with you.

Spiritual Direction

I have had years of experience in walking with individuals from a variety of spiritual and religious backgrounds. If you are wanting to heal from, deepen, or explore a spiritual practice, I can work with you to integrate this into our counseling sessions if desired.

I am located in McCauley Hall at Marycliff Center: 705 W 7th Ave, Suite E, Spokane, WA
